Your memories matter to us

We know your home videos are irreplaceable. That's why we stand behind our work. If something doesn't look right with your processed clips, we want to make it right.

Our satisfaction guarantee

Not happy with the results? We'll reprocess your tape for free.Sometimes a video needs a second pass — maybe the scene detection missed a transition, or a date didn't come through. Just let us know and we'll run it again at no extra cost.

If reprocessing doesn't fix it

If we reprocess your video and you're still not satisfied, we'll refund the credit you used. No runaround, no hassle. We'd rather give you your money back than leave you disappointed.

Refund timing

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to review your clips and let us know if anything needs attention.

After clips are delivered

Once processing is complete and your clips are ready for download, we can't "un-process" a video — the work has been done. But that doesn't mean we won't help. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's reprocessing or a refund.

Unused credits

Credits that haven't been used for processing expire after 90 days. We're unable to offer refunds on expired, unused credits. We recommend using your credits soon after purchase — your tapes have waited long enough!

How to request a refund

Just send us an email. Tell us what went wrong and we'll take care of it. We aim to respond within one business day.
